Launching Your Outside Mindset Podcast

I started this podcast for two reasons – because I help people to recognize that spending time outside close to trees, grass, plants, and shrubs is not just a nice thing to do — but it could save your life. Your outside mindset is that feeling of wellbeing that you get when you look or go outside. In this podcast I will shine the light on aging adults who will give you easy, fun, and free tips on how taking back your outside mindset will make you live longer, prevent dementia, and control your chronic illness (if you have one). To do this I will share practical tips from my book Take Back Your Outside Mindset and interview forest bathing guides, functional medicine practitioners, green space scientists, and people like you and me.
