Your Trees, Your Health

 

Go outside and be with the trees. Feel your heart lift and your breathing slow. Your parasympathetic nervous system (the rest and digest one) resets you for calm.  Your heart rate slows and your blood pressure lowers. Your worries fall away. Breathe in the health shield in the tree aerosols that float from the tree canopy.
